Rep. Mike Steele says he will oppose carbon tax if it comes up for House vote


Rep. Mike Steele, R-Chelan, says he will vote against the Democrats' proposed carbon tax bill if it comes up for a vote in the House. Rep. Cary Condotta, R-Wenatchee, joins Steele on KPQ and says he believes the majority party will not allow his property tax rollback plan to move forward because of their intent to introduce several new taxes despite surplus funds reported in yesterday's revenue forecast.
